Francisco is a New York-based Creative Director, crafting ideas that captivate, inspire, and make a difference.

He began his career in Latin America with roles at DDB Chile and Circus Grey Peru, where he was named one of Grey Worldwide’s Global Creative Stars—the only one selected from LATAM—and helped elevate the agency’s global creative ranking from 24th to 4th.

He later moved to the U.S., joining The Martin Agency and then McCann New York, where his work helped the agency win multiple accolades and contributed to it being named Agency of the Year across several festivals, including winning the prestigious Penta Pencil at The One Show.

At BBH New York, he led global campaigns for Samsung, launching innovation-focused work that pushed the boundaries of tech and culture.

Most recently, at Tiffany & Co., he helped reimagine collections like HardWear through bold storytelling rooted in the brand’s legacy.

His work has been recognized by some of the industry’s most respected shows, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, and the ANDY Awards, among others.
